Joseph Metzger successfully obtained a Voluntary Dismissal with Prejudice on behalf of a bowling center insured without any indemnity payment. In that case, Plaintiff required surgery and incurred over $33,000.00 in past medical expenses. At mediation Plaintiff demanded $150,000.00. However, in light of Joseph Metzger’s thorough preparation of the issues involved and with the realization by Plaintiff’s counsel that Attorney Metzger was ready and very capable of defending the case through jury trial, Plaintiff’s counsel dismissed the entire case with prejudice.
